range & fill rate
As you will notice from our Catalogue, we are no different from many other
office supply companies and advertise the full range of products. All office
supply companies only stock the key lines and place all other items on back
order which generally takes a minimum 5 working days for full delivery.
Although Impact Office Supplies still only stock the key lines, we are very
different. We dislike back orders more than our customers and refuse to
take it as a normal condition of supply. Back orders create at best double
handling, and every time we handle products it costs us time and money.
Our answer is that we have strategically located our business within a block
of our major supplier, whom at all times keeps approximately $10,000,000
of stock on hand. We can do urgent pickups, which enables us to provide
an extremely high fill rate with only one in twenty orders actually having
any back orders. As we have our delivery vans, we have the advantage of
the flexibility of timing our deliveries when it best suits our customers
and ourselves. Any supplier using a 3rd party delivery service simply does
not have this luxury.
Deliveries
As mentioned we have and will always utilise our own vans and drivers, as
we believe the advantages of “quality of service” more than
justifies the extra cost that is incurred. Our drivers will always do their
best to ensure your order is delivered on time, in a positive, effective
manner. Judging by the positive feedback that we continually receive, we
know that they do an excellent job
Delivery is Free of charge and generally is provided the following working
day, if not sooner. However if you need an urgent order we can utilise an
express courier, upon your request.

Communication/review
A regular Review Meeting will be scheduled to discuss feedback from both
parties. We believe in an open communication channel as it creates an
opportunity to quickly rectify any issues and focus again on ensuring
that our high level of service is maintained.
These reviews will involve the Account Manager, Business Development Manager
and/or Sales Manager.
